Payment can be made via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard and Eurocard. Businesses that wish to pay by EAN or receive an invoice should contact us by phone or e-mail. All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK) and VAT is included.
Tickets, season tickets and gift cards are sent as a PDF file to the email address you give when ordering.
The Danish Act on Means of Payment applies to online purchases. That means that in principle there is no personal liability in the event of abuse of your cards via the internet. A mandatory transaction fee will be deducted on all online purchases. The size of the fee depends on which type of card you use.
When ordering items in our webshop, we will check your card number and expiry date. If they are not correct, and NETS cannot accept them, you will see an error message on your screen immediately. If the error is due to a keyboard mistake, you can simply correct it and try again. In addition to your card number and expiry date, you will also be asked for your card's CVV number (3 digits) on the back of the card in the signature field.
When paying with Dankort and VISA/Dankort, we will not deduct the amount from your bank account until we send the items to you. If your payment will not go through, you can contact us on 96881600 or email
Once we have received your order on a season ticket, you will receive a PDF file with a unique barcode sent to the email address you give us. You have to print out the barcode and bring it the first time you visit the park. Present the barcode to our ticket personnel, and then go to the Information desk. A photo will be taken of you, and your personal season ticket issued. The personal season ticket is a plastic card which has to be saved. This plastic card has to be made the same day as the bar code is used the first time. Please note that the barcode is proof of ownership - so please look after it. Lost bar codes will not be replaced. When you order a renewed season ticket, we will reopen your "old" card. This allows you to use the "old" card again for the new season.
If you forget your season ticket, we can find you in our system, and you can get access to Fårup Sommerland if you pay an administration fee of DKK 50,- Lost or damaged season tickets will not be replaced. However, you can buy a replacement card for DKK. 75,-
Please note that a season ticket is personal. By loan or other kinds cheating, the card will be blocked.
In the webshop you can buy gift cards for various amounts from DKK 100 and upwards to DKK 1000.
These can be used as payment for tickets at the entrance, or it can be used inside the park for food, drinks, souvenirs etc. Gift cards issued for a fixed amount has a validity period of 3 years from date of issue. Also, you have the opportunity to buy a gift card for a specific service, namely gift card for a season ticket. The gift card can only be used as payment at the ticket houses or inside the park. Gift cards for season tickets are valid to the end of next week 42nd. Note that the redemption of a gift card for season tickets will only provide access in the current season. A gift card for season tickets can not be used in relation to offers like "buy season tickets in the autumn holiday and get access to next season".
1-day tickets are valid for the period selected. You will receive a PDF file with a unique barcode to print out and present at the ticket office at the entrance to Fårup Sommerland.
You are welcome to order several items at the same time. It is very important for us that you fill in all your
details correctly. You must always bring the barcode and the ticket printed.
SECURITY & PAYMENT
Our internet provider uses a PSIP Gateway Server, certified by Northern European Transaction Services (NETS). The system uses a 40 bit encryption code from VeriSignT, to protect the connection from the web hotel to the PSIP Gateway and onwards to NETS. This ensures maximum protection for your card data.
When shopping with us, we only use your email address to send an order confirmation and for other
communications between us. We do not sell or disclose your personal details to any third party.

When buying a season ticket in our webshop, we need the following details of all card holders: Name, address, post number, city, country, birthday and e-mail. When buying a season ticket, your name and address details, date of birth and photo will be stored, so that we can renew it the next year without unnecessary bother for you. We will never disclose such details to any 3rd party.
You can always* cancel your purchase and get a full refund as long as you have not used the ticket and/or
All you have to do is return the item within 14 days of purchase stating that you want to cancel your order and that you do not wish to use the ticket. We will then refund the amount paid to your account. To cancel a purchase, please contact us on 98881600 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
