Denmark's best waterworld is in Fårup
Regardless of your age, there are laughs and great times in store at Denmark's best waterworld in Fårup Sommerland. This massive waterpark within a park contains lots of fun for all ages and sizes, whether you love excitement, relaxation or just frolicking in the surf. Our waterworld is Denmark’s biggest heated Aqua Park.
There are lockers for hire for safekeeping of your clothes, bags etc. Prices range from DKK 20 up to 60. You have unlimited access to your locker all day without extra payment. Wet suits are allowed in the water park.
Ready, steady, SPLASH for the smallest
Fårup Sommerland also caters for even the youngest water-lovers. Our Kiddies Water Park (Børnevandland) is the safest place to let them loose. We supply inflatable animals and water cannons to add to the fun. There's also a small waterfall for the kids to swim or splash their way through, water slides and a whole lot more.
Speed, speed and more speed
There are lots of rides in our Waterworld for water lovers who simply can't get enough of speed and thrills.
If you're a bit of a daredevil, you could try our two wild water slides: the Water Cannon (Vandkanonen) with its free fall and two loops, and the Waterfall (Vandfaldet), a 35 metre water slide that goes in only one direction: Down!
And don't forget Surf Hill! Shoot down the 120 metre slide at high speed, or take on the world's craziest water flume, Wild River, if you love excitement.
There's plenty of opportunity to get the blood boiling thanks to the range of slides on offer. Go solo on Wild River and Surf Hill, or join the family on rides such as the Waterslide or Water Cyclone (Vandcyklonen).
Love the big wave? Then you'll love the Wave Pool (Bølgebassin). Fårup Sommerland's wave pool is the place to enjoy surf that's permanently up! The further you swim out, the bigger the waves get. As something entirely new, the water in the Wave Pool is heated to 27 degrees.
Waterworld is open from 17. May – 25. August 2019. Doors open at 12 noon. Full details of opening times are displayed at the entrance.
