At Fårup we have a total of 450 staff employed during the summer months of which about 425 are seasonal employees. Although we have a considerable number of employees who return to work for us every year, each new season sees us take on approximately 80-100 new employees.
Fårup is a member of the Confederation of Danish Employers, and all employment at Fårup is regulated in accordance with collective bargaining agreements that ensure good working conditions, a good wage and well-organised conditions in general.
